Here are the patches left over from last time, along with the two to fix the 'old dtc' problem you identified. Let me know if there are any problems.

I'm still a bit conflicted about the move from fdt@1, kernel@1 to fdt-1 and kernel-1 in the FIT format. I've been thinking whether we should just disable the DT warning. But I gather that everyone else is happy about it, so I suppose we should go ahead.
