This includes the single patch I asked for in u-boot-ti/master as well as a number of other small clean-ups, bugfixes or enhancements that have been around for a bit, but did not meet the merge window and I don't want to forget them. If you want me to carry them in my own /next branch until -rc1 comes out, that's fine and this can just serve as notice to interested parties that yes, really, patches have been picked up.

Applied to u-boot-arm/next, to be moved to master after the 12.07 release.
