console driver? In my case, stdin is set to "serial,tegra-kbc,usbkbd"

so this

strcmp won't match.

Indeed, this code predates the iomux implementation, and nobody noticed yet that it needs fixing.

Ok thanks, I'll work on fixing this, as it seems a lot less painful than modifying the init sequence for a dozen different architectures I know nothing about.
