[U-Boot] sunxi: add device tree for Orange Pi R1 board

This board is very similar to the Orange Pi Zero boards, instead of the USB port it has an USB to Ethernet adapter connected to the USB port and by default it has a SPI flash, but this is still missing in the device tree.

This is copied from the Orange Pi Zero defconfig as these boards are very similar. This board has an Allwinner H2+ SoC with 256MB RAM, Realtek rtl8189es Wifi connected via SDIO, Ethernet connected to the PHY integrated in the SoC and an extra Ethernet port connected via USB.
