[U-Boot-Users] Patch: FADS series bug fixes and clean-up

The attached patch "revives" U-Boot port for old Motorola MPC860ADS board. It also fixes environment saving problem for FADS-like boards (the environment is NOT embedded so it's size should not be included in CFG_MONITOR_LEN) and removes unused #defines.
