[U-Boot] in drivers/mtd/nand/spi/core.c, what means "#ifdef CONFIG_OF"?

      prettu sure there is no Kbuild "config OF" setting, should that be
#ifdef CONFIG_OF_CONTROL
or something related? i checked for the maintainer of that file, but
it listed enough alleged maintainers that i thought i would just ask
the list.
