[U-Boot] mips qemu target

I know there is a mips qemnu target for u-boot. Does anyone have instructions on using it and is the target capable of booting linux?
Also what toolchain are you using -- eldk 4.1 ?

Take a look in the REAME.qemu_mips, but use an uptodate qemu.
I use the mipsel-unknown-linux-gnu 4.2.1 toolchains
