I have taken a u-boot code from u-boot 1.1.4,but I don't know how to make u-boot 1.1.4 suport nand flash K9F1216U0A(bus_width 16 bits,page_size 512 bytes),help me!

That requires a two-step approach. The first step is updating to the latest code (i. e. top of tree from the git repository).
