[U-Boot] [PATCH] x86: theadorable-x86-common: Add further pci hotplug cmdline parameters
This is needed for the PCIe hotplug to work correctly on some boards.

The setexpr command is useful for scripting, lets enable it for all x86 based theadorable platforms.
