[PATCH] odroid: limit boot memory to lowmem

Commit 4963f63fe61f15329d77472a762b1d8bf754d24b changed the default value of the `bootm_size` environment variable. For the odroid board this caused the initrd and fdt to be placed in highmem. This patch restricts the boot data conservatively to 256MB.
