[U-Boot] [ANN] U-Boot v2016.01-rc4 released
Hey all,
I've tagged and uploaded 2016.01-rc4 now. I grabbed a few general bugfix patches that I saw outstanding. At this point, I really do just want bug fixes and I think there's a few net related ones outstanding, along with something for mx6cuboxi and maybe some others. Thanks all!

I still can't see the tag or the tar ball, it would be really nice to close this gap so that everything is part of a single process so we don't end up with the descrepency.

Unfortunately that's not how the back-end stuff works. Please note that https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot is also always up to date and does include the release tag. I'll talk with Wolfgang about it however as yes, it's not great right now.

Unfortunately that's not how the back-end stuff works.
If you simply didn't send the email announcement until it was visible, nobody would notice.

Sorry for the delay. I used the Xmas break to update our machines to FC23, and for some unclear reason the Inotify System Scheduler stopped running. I restarted it now, and all data should be up to date now.

Looks git://git.denx.de/u-boot.git is severely behind https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/commits/master. The denx repo still shows contents 3 days ago, but definitely Tom has applied quite a lot of stuff in the past 3 days ...
