IMHO, it's the problem of your register setting. Well, have you seen any serial output so far? If there is a boot loader like PlanetCore on your target, you could refer to those workable parameter value for your start. If not, pls prepare to look into your hardware configuration more and 8266 registers to figure out these settings.
