[U-Boot-Users] some u-boot files use different CPP flags

Hi
I came across this issue. The files in /tools don't use the CPP flags which are defined globally. Instead they use their own CPP flags. The CPPFLAGS += is missing. Is it done with purpose? I couldn't agree? Can someone let me know about it?
Thanks Avinash

Yes, this is done on purpose, because these are host tools.
