[U-Boot-Users] MPC8248 in 1.1.3

What for is cpu/mpc824x ? I found "Embedded Planet EP8248" uses 8260 one, an no other examples with tmpc8248.
But init code from boards uses mpc824x code seems not to be very usefull for 8248 processor ...
Are there any other examples of boards witm mpc8248?

mpc824x is short for 8240/1/5 family. Quite different from 8248. Don't be confused by their similar name.

Pls make sure that 8248 is a memeber of 8272 family, which is based on mpc8260 family. So some targets like MPC8272ADS in 1.1.3 can also be your reference.

cpu/mpc824x is for MPC8240/1/5. MPC8248 belongs to a different family (PowerQUICC II). 8260 is a common name for this family. The above mentioned Embedded Planet board is based on MPC8248 and the U-Boot port works OK so you can use it as a reference.
