When I boot linux on our board, I get the message:
eth0: Au1x Ethernet found at 0xb1500000, irq 28 ethaddr not set in boot prom
When I do a printenv, I do have :
ethaddr=00:50:C2:0C:20:11
I also tried adding ethaddr=$(ethaddr) to the bootargs environment variable, but it had no effect either.
The board is based on the Au1500 processor, and U-Boot can tftp images, so I know the network port works fine. Any ideas what causes this?
