Yes, please use latest the U-Boot version from the GIT repository. It has NAND support included.
Also I need bad block handling for NAND flash in Uboot. If same is handled in Uboot then please guide me.
And of course bad block handling too. Without it NAND support would not make much sense. Just take a look at some of the boards that already work with NAND support.
