No, the SoC used is a mx6 "dual lite", not "dual".
mx6 variants are: quad, dual, dual-lite, solo, solo-lite.

So I'd use their name as users will end looking for it.
But that would lead into unsolvable conflict if there should ever be a Wandboard with a dual (not a dual-lite) processor...
