Here the Linux Kernel (not U-Boot - you are actually off topic on this list) is telling you that it is trying to aut-configure the board's IP address using DHCP, but it is not getting any responses from your DHCP server.
Do you actually have a DHCP server running?
Oh, and BTW: it seems you are not using a valid MAC address?
