Frank,
I have no concerns for the moment. I was just looking for a starting point. I will probably start from the 5200 driver like you did.

Hello all,
I've build a custom board based around a 405EP processor with an OHCI USB controller on the PCI interface (ISP1561 from Philips). Looking into the u-boot tree, it seems that the only OHCI controllers supported are those included in the MPC5200 and in the S3C2400.
Are there any people working on porting OHCI controller on the PCI interface? If not, what is the best starting point to perform the task (Linux drivers ...)?
Thanks for replying,
Laurent MOHIN ACTERNA
I'm currently debugging a pci based OHCI driver (Ali M5237) for an 8245 based board. I've been going thru the driver I ported over from the 5200 based board and haven't found any problems with the code yet but the hardware appears to be broken.:-( What are your concerns...
