[PATCH] riscv: ae350: Use fdtdec_get_addr_size_auto_noparent to parse smc reg

Use fdtdec_get_addr_size_auto_noparent to read the "reg" property instead of fdtdec_get_addr. This will increase the compatibility of dtb parsing.
