sizes.h is a nice little header useful in many cases. This is a move of the same from U-Boot V1 to here.

As per the thread, asm/sizes.h is confusing and has not been accepted by the community. I am deleting this patch (06/17) from the patch series. The affected patch due to this is patch 11 which I am resubmitting.
