[U-Boot] [PATCH 06/16] dt-bindings: Define BCM2838_CLOCK_EMMC2 needed for RaspberryPi 4

On BCM2838 there is an additional clock. This clock was added in the same bcm2835-cprman driver and is used by the emmc2 dt node.
