[U-Boot] [PATCH v4 1/3] lacie_kw: add support for EFI partitions

Defines CONFIG_EFI_PARTITION for LaCie boards.

Additionally this patch defines CONFIG_DOS_PARTITION. Note that this definition is implicit in mv_common.h when CONFIG_CMD_USB is enabled.
