For your quick reference, the patch v3 is here in patchworks http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/92979/ I'm not sure if it is in the thread in your mail application. However, it appears right the correct thread in gmail and in outlook.

Maybe there is something wrong in my mailer or server's configuration. :~|
