Actually this mostly touches rk3288 veyrons, but others were also touched in moving some CONFIG items totally into Kconfig.
I did this to show what i meant with my question on whether I should touch more than just speedy defconfig as a hopefully okay middleground suggestion. (Since nobody decided to say anything about that..)
