I don't think so.
Please post your dts file. Most likely you are using
pu-supply = <&pu_dummy>;
where you should be using the internal vddpu instead.
Also, please post your kernel log and make sure vddpu is being turned on.
Please try this on your dts file: pu-supply = <®_pu>;
