
This introduces support for NS16550 and related OMAP support. This driver is a port from Uboot v1 driver from OMAP's Uboot tree. OMAP U-Boot V1 source is available here: http://linux.omap.com/pub/bootloader/3430sdp/u-boot-v1.tar.gz
