[U-Boot] U-Boot Build Error 1 :invalid option

Hi,

I am relatively new to U-Boot.

I tried building u-boot image for ep8248 board but it failed when I typed

$ make distclean $ make ep8248_config : invalid option make: *** [ep8248_config] Error 1 $

I am using u-boot version 1.3.2

Can anybody let me know what is this error and how to overcome it?
