of times :).

No, I suppose it should not. While, before submit, I tested the code on other boards in my hand: mpc8540ads, mpc8560ads, mpc8555cds. They worked.
The difference is caused by ENDIAN issue. Anyway, I will
consider it
carefully.

Hardware issue. I can program it with BDI2000, PowerTAP and UsbTAP under CodeWarrior. Any suggestion? Thanks. Roy
