This patch series adds the ability to support 64-bit PCI addresses as well as refactors the fsl_pci_init code and cleans up its users.
Finally it adds some help functions that the board code calls to set dma-ranges in device trees.
If the particular maintainers could ack the patches that would be great (Andy, Jon, Jerry).
