[U-Boot-Users] [patch] SDRAM module auto detection for Debris board

Hi,

This patch adds SDRAM module auto detection for Debris board, and move debris_config to a proper position in Makefile.

It does the fallowing 1. update CHANGELOG 2. update Makefile to move debris_config to a proper position(74xx_7xx -> 824x). 3. update board/etin/debris/debris.c to add SDRAM module auto detection. 4. update include/configs/debris.h to support 512MB SDRAM module
