mx6sabresd boards have a PFUZE100 PMIC connected to I2C2 bus.
Add support for it

I tried your suggestion of calling the pmic init inside power_init_board(), but pmic dump command fails, so I am calling the pmic init from board_late_init() as done on other boards for now.
