It brings the latest Linux changes from the mvpp2 ethernet driver done by Thomas Petazzoni to the U-Boot version of this driver. This enables the usage of this driver on the new Marvell Armada 7k / 8k ARMv8 SoCs.
This driver is enabled for the currently available Armada 7k / 8k boards and the necessary configuration is done to the config header.
v2 status: The GoP / NetC patch has been split into multiple smaller patches for easier review. The code for untested / unsupported interfaces (like QSGMII, XAUI and RXAUI) has been removed for now.
