[U-Boot] [ANN] U-Boot v2014.04-rc3 released

Hey all,

I've pushed v2014.04-rc3 out to the repository and tarballs should exist soon.

Looking over the changelog it's mostly bugfixes and some improvements here and there.

There's a few pull requests I'm looking for but I expect to release v2014.04 on time.

As always, if anything is broken please speak up.
