I get this concept from old document, I will remove it.
However, given this is an optional image, it might be worth removing the reference altogether.
Also, I notice this latest patch still uses bl31_params_t rather than the more recent bl_params_t.
I understand you prefer using IMAGE_V2 than IMAGE_V1, but I would like to support IMAGE_V1 first, because for Rockchip rk3399, there is already binary release if bl31 which is in IMAGE_V1 format like https://github.com/rockchip-linux/rkbin/tree/master/rk33.
