You have to set the MAC addresse(s) and reset the board. After this both enet devices will be available.

In PIBS works. 2. When trying to boot uImage (loaded via USB, as eth doesn't work), it just hang after "Uncompressing Kernel Image ... OK". The same bzImage runs in PIBS. U-Boot 1.1.4, Linux 2.6.16, compiled with gcc 3.4.5.

Please give the DENX linux images a try:

They definitely work here on a baboo.
