[U-Boot] [PATCH 08/10] arm: dts: imx7: add Ricoh RN5T567 PMIC node

Add device tree node for Ricoh RN5T567. Currently we do not need the individual DC/DC converters or LDO's (and they are also not yet supported by the driver).
