[U-Boot-Users] How o i make Loadable file

Hello , I added the code for the ADSP-BF535 processor ADSP EZKit Lite board and i compiled the u-boot source with nisa-elf- compiler. i got the u-boot and u-boot.bin. now i want to move(download ) that in to the external flash memory in the board. the memory map for the flash is 0x20000000. can you guide me
