[U-Boot] network timeout and system timer frequency

Will it lead to network timeout, If system timer is clocked at 50Mhz? I have to set Timeout to 0 to ping host computer, or ping will fail due to timeout. I think the nic(dm9000a) work good On other board,which has lower timer frequency, everything works smoothly without modification
