[U-Boot] u-boot src code to allow it to running from RAM for MPC85XX

Hi,

I was looking for a pointer to the u-boot src code that enables u-boot to be loaded to and started from RAM rather than flash for the MPC85XX. A Freescale application note ( cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/app_note/AN3646.pdf) describes booting over PCI express which would require this support of u-boot. Any help in this area would be much appreciated.
