Gitlab CI: "build all 32bit ARM platforms" can't be completed due to timeout

Hi All

Just to notice that 3 times in a raw, "build all 32bit ARM platforms" can't be completed due to 1 hour timeout, we got the following execution status :

ERROR: Job failed: execution took longer than 1h0m0s seconds
