[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] ppc4xx: Enable 64bit printf format on 440/460 platforms

This patch defines CFG_64BIT_VSPRINTF and CFG_64BIT_STRTOUL for all 440/460 platforms. This may be needed since those platforms support 36bit physical address space.
