Yes. For travis-ci, I have the Linaro 2017.02 gcc-6.3.1 toolchains fetched for arm/aarch64. For my build box, I have a Debian/unstable chroot and that provides arm, aarch64, powerpc, mips sh4 and m68k gcc-6.3 toolchains currently.
