Hi,
You should change the CONFIG_BAUDRATE, defined in the board config header file (/include/configs/<board_name.h>).
But before that you should set CFG_NS16550_CLK in the same file to the appropriate console uart frequency. If that is not set correctly the baudrate generator in the console uart could not calculate the baudrates defined by CONFIG_BAUDRATE, appropriately.
