I resolved the 1GB DDR problem, the reason is that I did not define the CONFIG_VERY_BIG_RAM. The u-boot-1.2.0 will visit the address above 0x10000000(256MB) if this CONFIG_VERY_BIG_RAM is not defined,then the u-boot-1.2.0 is dead.

What exactly is your problem? I think 256MB should be sufficient for anything you want to do in a boot loader (and Linux should then have access to the full memory size).
