[U-Boot] Patchwork would not pick my patch again

I'd like to file a bug report of Patchwork.

I posted a patch to delete an empty file: http://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2014-February/173795.html

But it would not appear on Patchwork.

A few month ago, I mentioned Patchwork did not grab a patch that changes file permissons. (I don't know if it has been already fixed.) This is another case Patchwork misses a patch, right?

Tom, could you pick up my trivial patch directly from ML?
