This patch adds support for Winbond W25Q64 SPI flash. It's tested on a custom Spartan-6 board, and used on Xilinx' SP601 and SP605 evaluation boards.
(Patch now includes signed-off-by and description. Sorry, I'm still picking up git's e-mail flow.)
