[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/2] Add ethernet support for Congatec qmx6qeval

These patchs add ethernet support for congatec cgtqmx6qeval that uses Micrel's KSZ9031. The first patch adds KSZ9031's helper function to access extended registers, it apply on top of David Andrey's patch (http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/218793/).
