I dont know how the hardware is tied down. But at it seems to be getting bank 0 correctly. However, you second bank base address should be bank0_base + size instead of 0. You may have a hardware problem.

I am not able to Get the Flash size correct it comes back as 32MB.Also none of the Flash related operations work.
