Can't you call round_up(fls(...)) in that DW watchdog driver (and the omap emif driver, and remove all this log2 stuff altogether) ?
That could work; I just wanted to make the smallest change necessary to get everything working.
And yet, the smallest change could be a one-liner :-)
The removal / fix for the omap-emif should be a subsequent patch.
